Based on data from the Global Humanitarian Assistance Report 2011 that I linked to earlier, and their country population data, here is a chart showing - of the top 20 countries/entities that receive humanitarian aid - how much they get on a per-capita basis:
Are the Palestinian Arabs really an order of magnitude needier than those of practically every other country on the planet?
